Agreement to sell real property? need help/answer asap Please. Thanks! :-)?

a family friend who's been in real estate for about 5-8years came to me saying i could make some good $$$...they came 2 me with an "Agreement to sell real property" form. the property address is listed on da front...it is a Rediform? the purchase price is listed on front of form @ a very high amount, lol. i was instructed 2 sign the Purchaser space. Someone has already signed the seller space...

now im wondering should i sign this document? does anyone have any experience with this type of document? By signing am i saying that i'm responsible for purchasing this home? There are also other people who have already signed the same document...i know nothing about real estate...but trust this friend.
i don't own the property in question...it is just some property being sold somewhere...and yea, i dont fully understand what im reading, lol. Also i did do a free credit report...so some of y'all suggestions really got me over here thinkin...they were saying that it doesnt lock me into n e thing...but i found a line that states...this is a legally binding document. consult your attorney if you do not understand any part of it...so...yea...i guess thats my answer right there huh...
