if that fails (using zillow) try calling ANY realtor in that area and ask them to pull the old comps for you - that will answer your question for sure - they'll have info when it was sold and for how much- takes an agent about 5 minutes to get that info for ya (if I was in Missouri I'd do it for ya but I'm in MN) good luck
