When will the market get better? Will it be like it was 2-3 years ago when houses where ridiculously overpriced and they were giving everyone a loan? Or will it be impossible for ANYONE to get a mortgage or refinance, like it is now? Middle ground maybe? I want to own a house in the next two years, but from my last posting, I must be realistic. I have some more work to do on my credit.
