anyone know anything about stormpay and netIBA?
i received a check for $86.99 today in the mail and i have no idea why. i have never heard of this company, either company i should say. the company on the check is stormpay inc. the company on the envelope as return address is netiba inc. so does anyone know what this is? i don't want to cash the check or deposit it not knowing why i have it.
