I shipped an item to a buyer, she paid for parcel post with insurance, then claims she never got. she filed a claim on paypal and even though i provided USPS documentation to paypal they reversed charges and buyer got my stuff for free. do ebay and paypal seem to be more friendly to buyers than sellers ?
