Got frustrated by a Dubai firm, someone kindly guide me know how to get

a good paying job in Dubai? I worked in Dubai as a salesman with a small outfit early this year, after a shortwhile, I got a job with a college as a tuitor, before taking on the job, I had to exi to renew my visa, I came back and found my position taken.
In October, I also got another job with a new software manufacturing company, when my visa expired, they told me to exit so that they renew my visa for me. I have waited for days only to learn from them that they replaced me.
Someone please come to my aid and help me know how I can secure a good job in Dubai with no such inconveniences that I experienced.
Currently am in my country Kenya awaiting to renew my visa and head back to Dubai early next month
