You can upload your own songs, make them 20 - 30 seconds in length, choose what part of the song you want, and send them to your phone through text message. All you need is to be bluetooth cabable (you don't have to have it, your phone just needs to have that option)

I use a website called www.cellsea.com and you can create ringtones and/or download ringtones that have already been created and it's free! You can download it to ur computer and plug ur phone in and download it to ur phone that way or send it in a text message or through the internet on ur phone. it's a great site, i always use that and nothing else.
