How to get a roommate to pay rent.?

I moved in with my ex-best-friend and I am 24 and she is 17. She begged me to let her move in. I finally gave in. We moved in together and her father has control of her money and he came up with the agreement that she would pay for the rent and I would pay for everything else. I agreed. We were roommates for approx. 4 months before she had her baby and everything went haywire. I told her that I still love and care about my ex boyfriend and she just flipped out. She said that she was in love with me and she thought that we were gonna get married. I was stunned beyond belief. Now I had to kick her out because she threatened my life and my now boyfriend's life. Then when she wasn't near me she claimes that I had sex with her. I made her dad promise me and the landlord that he would pay the back rent that we owed and the may's rent. I am low incomed and can't afford to pay the back rent and may's and npw coming up june's rent. Does anyone have any suggestion's at all. Please help me.

Get a job and pay your rent and you won't have to worry about it. Get two jobs if you have to.

Throw all her stuff onto the street and say "If you dont pay me today, you will be going out there with all your stuff". I think actions are louder than words here, you need to show her your serious give her a scare.
