In NJ if u are a vol. EMS responding to a call & ur car gets damaged, then ur
insurance has 2 pay? I damaged my car while responding to an emergency call, and someone mentioned to me that they thought that there was a NJ state law that would force my insurance to pay for the damage. Is this true?
I mean that I heard there was a regulation that would force my insurance to pay even if I am not normally covered for that type of accident. Is this true?

yes because it your ins. and u crashed...so u are responsible...maybe ask ur vol. boss to pick up the bill...but unlikely. do you have a siren and lights on top ur car? your still responsible for safe driving.
