Is paypal really safe? So many people complain about them now. Do you know the best way to receive money safe?

Western Union or direct bank wire is safest.Paypal is safe as long as the person is confirmed address and verified.These are 2 different things and they need to be both.And the amount is over $50.00 and under $1000.00 THEN you are covered.
