...stores? To use AT&T Yahoo! to get the internet connected on my laptop to have it wireless.

With a laptop you can access any hotspot, like a cafe or bookstore, or buy a card from providers like Sprint that gives you wireless access AND the wireless card

No, when you find a hotspot, just try to go to any URL, and if it is a pay hotspot, it will display information on how to pay for the service automatically.

Just follow the directions and make sure you have a credit card handy.
