Paypal Transfers?
I probably will end up getting bitched at for being lazy, and not finding the answers on my own, but im prepared. I was wondering if I have money on my paypal (got there from a transfer from a friend) am I allowed to transfer that to a different friend without making a deposit first? Maybe thats a stupid question, but I heard from somebody that you cannot make a paypal transfer unless you have deposited into your account.
