paypal help?
i just got a paypal account and im wondering about some stuff like when somebody buys something off me and when he pays me will i get a email confirmation saying that i have to send out the item before i get paid and i have to give the tracking number to the confirmation that came from paypal or does paypal not do that and all those type of things scam. Or should i get paid first and then i send out the item cause thats what i do if i get checks then i send out the item...help me out and let me know
