How do I register for a PayPal account, and get my own credit card?
I'm trying to find sites for working online and get paid by paypal. But I'm still 15 and I worry so much that when I get a credit card, whenever there are charges, it would be my family's. So do you suggest getting a credit card, then register for a PayPal account, and work online? I'm from Philippines by the way.
