Why doesn't Paypal help its customers????

i've been in contact with paypal several times now and they say they dont know why my payment won't go through, and they cant help me, they say: "its the system and i cant do anything about it!" i recently used paypal and it worked fine, days after i tried the make another payment and it wouldn't work. and they refuse to help me. what can i do??

Call them, it is faster and better then sending emails back and forth.

Paypal account inquires call toll free 1-888-221-1161

If they dont help tell them you want to talk to a supervisor.

PayPal is a truly odd system. I am surprised that it's even legal. Because it is so strange yet incredibly useful, the government does not know how to regulate it. PayPal is required by law to help people over the phone because money transactions are involved like a bank (this why eBay, payPal's parent company does not have to help over the phone because they don't handle money).
But PayPal can't help you as effectively as a bank can because instead of bank transactions which have a clean paper trail, PayPal transactions occur in the etho-sphere of the email universe.
