About Money transfer via Paypal to India......?

I am a writer in Chennai. I am likely to get $200 from US for my article via Paypal. I have an account in State Bank of India & Punjab national Bank. How am I to get that money into my account? If cheque is sent in $ then commission rate itself goes to1/3rd of the cheque value. Could anyone suggest me what to do?
