Shipping with paypal. Help Please!?

I started using PayPal because of my auctions on eBay. I haven't had any problem printing my shipping labels but today i sold an item and now when I'm going to print my shipping label, it requires a phone number, otherwise it won't let me print it. The problem is that when i enter my phone number it doesn't work and i receive this message [The Ship From phone number must contain between 10 and 15 characters.] I really don't know what to do. What do i need to put then? I tried the help option on PayPal and eBay and there is nothing related to that problem. I even called PayPal and there is just a machine answering the phone and giving me information about my account, but nothing else.I would appreciate very much a little help. Thanks
