Need help opening a paypal account?

I recently opened a bank account after I came her to Egypt, and I close my account in Denmark. Coz I'm gonna live here for many years for work.

Need a paypal account and paypal only accept US banks, All I have is an ATM Debit card + a bank account.

what can i do to get a paypal and add funds.... please don't say you can't. I really need it. Help !!!!
