Question about buying this stock?

Hi I Live in Vancouver and bought this stock that I heard was gonna peak up. Its at its 52 low but it hasnt moved anywhere from where it was for about a month. Its a penny stock symbol WGM international wayside goldmine. I also heard its a pump and dump what does that mean? can anyone give any pointers about this?

I suspect it is OTC (not listed). The liquidity is probably low-look at historic trades. Pump& dump is manipulating the price up by ramping (Trading the stock between associates), cold calling punters saying it is the best thing since sliced bread then dumping the stock onto gullible buyers.

If you're lucky enough that it goes up to the price you paid for it; sell ASAP. Pump and dump refers to investing low (like now at it's low). As soon as it rises, dump it.
