Does the stock EVCI have a dividend or not?

I looked at this stock on marketwatch, and it said it has a dividend of .33 cents. I looked on yahoo finance, they said that dividened was N/A. Can anyone give me a yes or no anwser?
yes or no anwsers are preferable, and tell me simply why or why not they have it.

Just looked at marketwatch, its N/A. How would you believe that a stock trading at .80 to .90 is going to pay a dividend of .33??
