Should I do an Online Savings Account?

I currently have a WaMu Online Savings account and Checking account pending, but I'm starting to think maybe I should of went with ING direct. WaMu appears to have a $4.00 charge per month, is this correct? Anyone out there have one of these accounts and know how it works without all the bank jargon?

I've been with ING since '01 and have never paid any fees at all. You do need a linked account at another bank however. I'd definitely recommend using them.
