How to have Philippine SSS monthly contribution payment automatically

debited from my savings account? I went to SSS branch to inquire about it and was told to go to the bank to arrange it myself without giving me a form to fill up to take to the bank. The bank rep told me to go back to SSS office to get some kind of form as they don't provide any SSS forms for auto debit arrangement. I think I was given the run-a-around so please should there's anyone out there knows the process on how to do this kindly let me know. Thanks, hsg
