Should i add my savings account to Paypal?

Im 15 turning 16 in a couple months. I have a savings account that i use very regularly. My dad is the overseer becasue im not 18. I have about 4300$ in savings, and i have about 20$ in my paypal account for selling something but im unverified. I want to get that money out via a check. If i add my savings account, would that be verification to withdraw my funds? I cant take it out becaue i dont have a creditcard/debit card to register it with. Once i register, i just want to withdraw the funds and after i get my check, i want to delete my paypal account. MY question is 1) can i do this? 2) When i delete my paypal account, when im 18 or 19, can i re-register?

I'm sure you could but I wouldn't. It would be too easy for you to get in to the habit to spend it. Just keep it as savings and have your dad help set up a student checking account for you. Then just keep the maximum amount that you want to spend in it. That way you never get those " well it's only five dollars more" habits.
