For Forex Contracts, is it possible that the settlement date is earlier...

...than the maturity date? If yes, do we have to report the trade for month end FOREX listing (On Balance Sheet - for it's MTM) for the example below:

Settlement Date = 31 October 2007
Maturity Date = 2 November 2007
