Car Finance ?

I just got a car alittle under a year ago because i was starting a new job and i was only going to one place. Well i went back to my old job and i am driving all over creation and i have to use my car again. I really get out of my parents house and into an apartment with a buddy of mine but this car has me stuck at my parents house. i can afford it but if add rent and all those other things im gonna start to go under. Its on a 3 year lease. Is there i way i can get out of the lease with like no problems or am i gonna have all sorts of problems if i try and get out of it now?
