What's a "Request a Quote" order on the Forex Market?

On the Forex broker GFT's Dealbook 360 platform there's an option called : Request a Quote". What does it mean ? I've just passed a stop buy order at 1.0205 but then, when it arrived at that price, it buyed at 1.0208. Why? How to can I avoid slippage ? thanks !
