Savings account you can get money out of?
CDs, MMAs, IRAs, i dont really get it. But im looking for a safe savings account that has an interest rate higher than .10%, which is what i'm at now.
Im a minor, that makes things difficult. And i want to be able to take it out in around 3 months because im saving up to buy a car. I have almost 2000 in the bank now. any help would be appreciated. ![]()

If your a minor then it's probably in your parents name (the account) with your money in it. You can't take it out, only your parents can do that. But once your 18 you can take money out of it, but for now your parents have to agree to it so hopefully your on the same page as them. Also savings accounts give very low percentage interest nowadays.
