What is the best on line forex broker with able to trade on the chart platform?

I been trade with CMSFX brokers for few years already but since this few months I have really serious problems with their connectivity problems. I can’t even login neither was, the charting server was always unavailable. Anyway I still consider their charting platform was the best and I like the platform layout and features but there are times when it loses connection and can't reopen. Terrible connectivity - reconnect every 15-20 minutes, impossible to trade with market orders, almost permanently requites. Now I planning to search for a new broker that can able to trade on the chart that similar like cmsfx. CMSFX platform was very user friendly and easy to understand. Anyway there were too many brokers out threes. Any recommended good broker that can trade on the charts similar like CMSFX?
