Which Bank will open savings account?

Long story short I need to open a savings account but the Bank told me I can't since I am on Chexsystem which I didn't even know. I called them and it will take a few weeks or month until it is fixed, but I need a savings account right now not in a few month. From my understanding and reading a lot about it WaMu does give you a account does anybody know about this. I am really upset about all this because I found out it had not even anything to do with me but they don't care. And why would a Bank care it is just a savings account and there is no way to overdraft that anyway. So does anybody have a idea.
