Can anyone recommend some good real estate investing / personal finance books?

Personal Finance and Forex Share tips of the trade or ask questions regarding the best way to manage your personal accounts and savings. Where should you have your funds allocated in terms of liquidity, dollar leverage (against inflation) and retirement planning.

Can anyone recommend some good real estate investing / personal finance books?

I have read Millionaire Real Estate Investor and Investing in Fixer Uppers. Also, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and currently reading The Richest Man in Babylon. The Four Hour Work Week is next on the list. Any other suggestions?
