For those who are Realtors, how has the bad housing market/economy changed your

business? I would think only the good ones have survived and it will weed out the bad ones....?
Sleepless it's a bad time to be selling a house now, especially if your not in a great area........good luck, may take some time.

it's not the "bad" ones...it's the LAZY ones. the ones that wanted to just drive around in the BMW and take 2 hour lunches...they're gone.

the ones like me that get up at 6:00am and put 50 business cards on people's doors each day...we're doing fine.

it's guerilla warfare right now.
