Has anyone ever purchased real estate with a friend (roommate set up)?

If so, what are the pros and cons? and what type of legal agreements did you have drawn that discussed getting out, rules of engagements and financial responsibilities?

thanks for the opinions, however, I am looking for feedback for those who have had the experience and can share information regarding the purchase agreements and other pros and cons.

thanks!

No, because doing so is the ultimate nightmare.

If either of you value your credit you won't do such a foolish thing.
