Where are the highest rental returns in western australia to buy an
investment property? We want to buy an investment property in Western Australia. We know that in Hedland and Karratha the returns are at about 10%. Probably not much potential for capital growth though, especially in Karratha. Are there any other area's with these rental returns? Are there better options than Hedland and Karratha? Any other thoughts??
