Real Estate / Investment Brokers - Know anyone that can close a $7 Million

Deal This Week? Profit For You!? I currently have the following and I'm looking for brokers or buyers that can close this deal within 7 to 10 days.

1,000+ Acres, Home & Gas Royalties For Life! 6 Figure Checks Monthly!

Haynesville Shale Natural Gas Find
- Potentially The Largest Natural Gas Find In The World

The offer: Own a piece of the next Gold Rush. One of the "largest natural gas finds in the world" is referred to as the Haynesville Shale find. One man's mistfortune can be your gain. The seller is being forced to sell his land and house in a divorce. The seller is willing to accept an offer of 6.5m dollars for the following...

What you're getting:

* 1 Historical Civil War Era - 4 bedroom house (roughly 4000 sq feet)
(est value at $700,000 - current owner invested 1m in restoration - nicely maintained)

* 1200 acres
(These go for around $3000-$3500 an acre so ballpark between $3.6m and $4.2m in value)

* Mineral rights
(3rd party estimated at $1.3m - already leased & secured through a gas company)

* Currently producing $20,000 a month in net profit from 13 natural gas wells (payments made direct from gas company)

** 2 more wells projected, foundation/platforms already in place

*** After redrill down 200-300 feet (energy company will pay for this)
projected to reach 20 times the gas production for roughly $400,000 per month in royalties!

* Estimated yield on this massive find runs from the low end of 40 years up to 80 years.

Costs to maintain:
* Local project management to oversea drill operations and land/house maintenance will be provided for a reasonable % (much like in other real estate investment scenarios).

* Property taxes annually, unless buyer decides to sell both house and land and merely retain the mineral rights/operation.

Edit:

To the idiot yelling scam, you are a moron. You act as if someone is going to paypal $7 million and I'm going to run off into the sunset. I'm looking for contacts in the real estate / investment market that can close this deal. Obviously it would take a face to face meeting and a foot thick stack of paperwork to go over.

Keep your cynical stupidity to yourself please.

I smell SCAM!!!

Why is this guy looking for a buyer from the public? Surely if its as profitable as you say, the oil company that is currently pumping gas out of the property would buy it and then not have to pay royalties. They could write a check for cash tommorrow. I mean 6.5 million for a property thats going to be producing 4.2 million per year for 40 to 80 years or 168 to 336 million dollars in royalites would be a no-brainer for them. I have to assume that if a company that makes 40 billion in profit per year, is passing on this, there must be a reason.

*edit* Go look under money to loan in a major Newspaper, so you can get laughed at on the phone. I want you to at least get an idea of how hard I am laughing at you right now and since you cant hear me, I want you to call one of them. Or you know what...here http://www.money-2loan.com/index.html
Their phone number is (503) 977-2222 There, you dont even have to look it up...call them, tell them your "deal" and wait for the laughter, then go back to hating your life.
