how much to start real estate business?
I'm 16 and planning to move to move to new york city in a few years I'm working part time and saving almost everything in a year i will be able to work full time for about a year and i want to open a business selling and appraising real estate how much would i need to spend to do it right? also would anyone take me seriously me being so young? would anyone want to work for me?
