allow that; it is a scam and if you accidentally do that, they get a free house and you
get a debt.

if they instead, ONLY ask for
a lease -purchase agreement,
that is ok.

but deed NOTHING over to them
if they don't pay off the mortgage
THROUGH an escrow firm with
a purchase contract with yoU.
