How to Sell Undeveloped Property ...?
I own 5 undeveloped acres about 500 miles away from where I live. How do I sell such land? It's paid for and taxes are up to date. I've received some offers in the mail, but they tell me when I call that they are looking for bigger tracts. Anyhow, how do I unload this? Do you know the tax ramifications if I do?

we also have undeveloped property and have had it listed for about 5 months now...prior to that we had lots of offers, but right now...i think the market is at a stand still for us.
we "Just" missed the markt turn on this one... we did get one offer but it was so redicuously low, that we passed and have decided to hold and ride it out. have you contacted the local home builders in that area? good luck
