do you have to wait till your house has been off the market 30 days before

you can refinance it? my wife and i filed for divorce and i signed away my rights to the house to her so she can refinance and keep the house but, it has been on the market for almost 60 days she said that the house must be off the market at least 30 days before she can refinance it is that true?
