In the united states the property owner must give sufficient notice to any tenant and then follow proper eviction procedures in accordance to the law. I am not sure of the process in the Philippines but it only seems fair to give sufficient notice and time for the tenant to find another place of residence. Good Luck & Best Wishes, Sassy.

The same laws apply here, but you will have to grease somebodies palm to get results.
The best thing to do is to get out as soon as possible if the new owner wants it that way.
If they are reasonable, which most people aren't here, they may let you have some time.
Or, you can threaten to sue for your rights or even file a case if you have the money.
