I'm general, is it better to flip a house or a condo?
I can pick up a condo for $58,000 and I've figured remodel costs at $12,000 to $15,000. It's a half way decent neighborhood, secured building, solid concrete, 2 bed 1 bath, 1050 sq. ft. w/ balcony.
