i rent property my own house till last year lost it through husband no pay in the...

...mortgage? now i find the person who im rentin from is not payin the morgage whats my right as a tenant i paid my rent every month got receits

you need to talk to citizens advice. when i rented from someone with a mortgage I had to sign something to say I would move out if the bank took back the property, but if you havent then you might have sitting tennent rights.

I would start looking for somewhere else to live - if your landlord loses his house you will be asked to leave eventually so it's better to do it on your own terms.

If your landlord has not paid his mortgage the loan company will snatch the property back and it becomes theirs. You wont particularly have any rights at all, so start looking for other arrangements so you are not left stranded. Good luck.
