i want to buy property, seller agree's to hold mortg., i then want to immediately...
...sell this prop. to another.. ...buyer (see WIKOPEDIA: "sandwich lease"). What paperwork, how can i get this done? (already have the people lined up, but have no idea what's involved in putting the deal through).

Just to add a little more, he's right about the capital gains, or you can keep it for two years, but thats obviously not the plan. Get a R.E. Agent or Lawyer involved, because there can be heavy penalties.
And don't get caught practicing Real Estate or Law unless you have the credentials. Words can be misconscrued against you in the court of law. haha j/k
