Does anyone flip and sell houses in the winter and actually make sales??

Just wanna know. Curious. I'm interested in flipping houses but I was going to wait until spring to do my first flip because the winter market might be bad and I'll be boned till spring anyway.

I do not recommend flipping houses in this matket.

Now is a good time to build up your inventory of rental property because there is a huge glut of property on the market right now.

I recommend that you wait until a seller's market returns before you start selling real estate.

That may take a few years.
