criminal history, property owned, liens on propery, all are part of public knowledge and is written down somewhere at the court houses. PI's and such can find this info easily and exploit the info for financial gain !

The info one gets from these service providers may or may not be correct, or up to date and useful in any means. You may ending up paying for 10 yrd old garbage details !!
