A group of friends are buying an investment property 2 rent & home...
...inspection showed some bad things wrong.? Should we ask the owner to fix them and risk losing the home or should we get a 1 year home warranty with $100 deductible and will that cover new HVAC, gutter, and things of that sort with $100 deductible for fixing each thing?
