Having trouble pricing my services-real estate marketing asst.?

I've started freelancing for real estate agents. I am located in Florida so I know prices/wages are less so I don't want to overcharge but I don't want to undercharge myself either. I need direction with pricing. This is what I have:
$25-custom postcard
$10-gather mailing list for the postcard
$20/hr - admin type services
Submitting classified ads for them-?
Entering their listing in craigslist & postlets-?
Display ad- custom design-?
display ad-no design but gathering info & submitting-?
monthly client reports-takes me about 1.5 hrs to do-?
