selling a house in today's market?
In most of the US it's very difficult to buy/sell a home because nobody has money. In NY that's not how it is. NY doesn't apply to the rest of the country because in places like Brooklyn and Manhatten people are buying expensive properties. In certain areas of Brooklyn you can purchase a small (needs work) 2-bedroom house for over a million as opposed to florida for over a million you can buy a mansion. So in NY is it realistic to think that a person can sell their house within 3 months?
