i sold property to J I lose a receipt with no name issued to J which went in hand

of B who is Blackmailing me? I am from INDIA i sold property to J I lose a receipt with no name on it which was to be destroyed later issued to J which went in hand of B or he probably stole it Now he is Blackmailing me to either transfer already sold property or pay Rs. 2 lakhs He claims he had an understanding with me that the house will be sold to him and has probably doctored a false witness. he has send me a legal notice as well. what are my legal and other options
