The problem is not the realtors. The problem is that area overbuilt and investors like yourself overpaid. I hate to say it, but you should do a short-sale. Contact your bank tomorrow about how to do that. It will give you all sorts os reasons why you shouldn't, but if you cannot aford the payments, it shouold allow you to do so.
