How to succeed in a multilevel marketing company.?

About 1 moth ago I join a financial multilevel marketing company or also know as direct selling. The company offers financial services to families such as financial planning, and budgeting strategies to people. I love everything about finances, so I try to educate my self as much as I can about it, and I like to share the concept with people, but unfortunately im having difficulty wining peoples trust since im only 22 years old. I would like to know if there is any advice or ideas you can share with me. I will greatly appreciate your help.
